As a key player in our team, you will drive customer success by delivering innovative solutions to address complex business challenges in the FSI sector.
You will conduct workshops with customers to recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions and demonstrate how they can accelerate transformation through compelling product demonstrations.
We are looking for an expert who can build trusted relationships with clients, foster collaboration, and grow their accounts over time.
To achieve this, you will work closely with other Solution Consultants to share best practices, playbooks, and artefacts, enhancing overall team capability and deal velocity.
You will also stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and ServiceNow differentiation in the vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth discovery workshops with customers in the FSI sector
- Demonstrate ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows
- Build trusted relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other Solution Consultants
- Stay current on industry trends
Requirements:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience with a focus on Customer Experience (CX)
- Proven proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Territory management skills
