About the RoleWe seek a skilled Customer & Industry Workflows Specialist to join our team in Australia.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer success by delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. They'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions for ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery workshops with financial services institutions across Australia and New Zealand
- Deliver product demonstrations of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows
- Build trusted relationships with ANZ financial services customers and ecosystem partners
Key Strengths:
- Domain expertise in financial services, including understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations in banking, insurance, or wealth management
- Critical thinking skills to leverage AI into workflows and decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM, FSM, and Industry Workflows
- Pipeline and territory management skills across ANZ
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience in FSI sector
- Familiarity with common FSI platforms used in financial services
