The role sits at the heart of the tiered People Technology operating model, working closely with the People Ops team and IT to keep the platform stable and continuously improving.
As a mid-level analyst, you will configure and test safe changes, triage and troubleshoot issues, and partner with the People Ops team and IT to reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and align with the evolving ways of working.
You will also lead the review, redesign, and optimisation of end-to-end workflows in the core system to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, security groups, time off rules, and org structure, and module-specific features within Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Employee Voice (Engagement), and Performance.
- Own user role assignments and audit access controls in partnership with IT.
- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end testing cycles for changes, including unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
You'll work on automating and elevating processes using low-code tools like Workato, identifying manual or repetitive HR workflows and building automations to redesign core business processes.
You'll be the first responder for system-related issues, acting as the Tier 2 contact for People Ops or escalated from Tier 1, conducting root cause analysis and documenting known issues and fixes.
Additionally, you'll maintain clean, compliant data and deliver actionable insights by executing and validating bulk data changes, ensuring changes for compensation cycles, performance processes, or other events are accurately reflected in the system and free from errors.
You'll partner with vendors and partners to raise and track support tickets with the system or third-party vendors, and work closely with IT to support system upgrades and regression testing.
Finally, you'll enable self-service and readiness by creating engaging guides, knowledge articles, videos, or in-system prompts for users and People Ops teams, and support testing and change communications for system feature releases.
