Lead M&A Transaction Executive

About You

  1. You have at least 10 years' experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, or Investment Banking, with a proven track record of transaction execution and client management.
  2. You possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  3. You are an exceptional leader and team player, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing professionals.
  4. You have a deep understanding of the M&A landscape, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
