We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Transaction Advisory Group as a senior manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global consulting firm and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with investors and corporate buyers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams.
  • Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimize transaction outcomes.
  • Deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big Four environment.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with experience in data analytics and visualization software.
  • Ability to travel within Australia.
