Senior Transaction Advisor Role

A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Transaction Advisor to join their Transaction Advisory Group. The team provides top-tier financial due diligence for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers on due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams.
  • Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimise transaction outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial due diligence, a background in a Big 4 environment, CPA or CA qualification, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to travel within Australia.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional Experience: FDD role, preferably in a Big 4 environment.

Qualifications: CPA or CA qualification.

Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
