Job Title: Marketing Director ANZ

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to develop and execute a high-performing annual marketing strategy for our financial intermediary clients and prospects in Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management marketing, with a deep understanding of the ANZ Financial Intermediaries landscape. They will be responsible for partnering with sales and marketing leaders to define business opportunities and solutions, as well as providing ongoing insights on market trends and competitor intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Annual Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan to reach financial intermediary clients and prospects in ANZ.
  • Business Opportunity Development: Partner with sales and marketing leaders to identify and develop business opportunities for the ANZ Financial Intermediaries business.
  • Landscape Insights: Provide regular insights on the ANZ Financial Intermediaries landscape, including distributors, end-investors, market opportunities, competitor intelligence, regulatory issues, agencies, and media.
  • Marketing Deliverables: Manage prioritization and execution of marketing deliverables for the ANZ Financial Intermediaries audience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Asset Management Marketing Experience: 15+ years of experience in asset management marketing, primarily in ANZ.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the ANZ Financial Intermediaries asset management industry and best practices.
  • Full Marketing Mix: Strong skills across the full marketing mix, including strategic marketing, PR, events, advertising, digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and stakeholder management.
