Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist - Vehicle Workshop to join our dynamic operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our vehicle maintenance and repair workshop by managing inventory, interpreting parts needs, and maintaining efficient communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular stock counts, manage inventory variances, and ensure all parts are properly issued to the Workshop team.
  • Liaise with suppliers for competitive quotes and timely procurement of high-quality parts and materials.
  • Accurately interpret vehicle parts requirements for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage goods receiving, ensuring quality and accuracy, and maintain a well-organized inventory.
  • Support the workshop's productivity by minimizing downtime and ensuring the availability of necessary parts.
  • Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
  • Report regularly to the Purchasing and Expediting Manager on inventory levels, procurement activities, and any operational challenges.
  • Manual handling tasks including: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, standing, walking and repetitive movements.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full driver's license (Essential)
  • Forklift license (Essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a vehicle workshop or related field.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle parts and the ability to interpret parts requirements.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
