Dental Operations Coordinator

Our dental practice is seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Dental Operations Coordinator. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and working collaboratively with our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to patients, either by phone or in person.
  • Manage front-of-office operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.

Work Environment:

We are a busy, friendly, and modern general dental practice located in Carnegie, near Chadstone.

This role involves working four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) with a 38-hour workweek, typically between 8am and 6pm.
