Early Childhood Educator Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our indoor/outdoor program, contribute to program planning, maintain positive relationships with families and colleagues, and ensure the children's health and wellbeing are met.

This is a part-time position available from Monday to Friday, offering 25-35 hours per week. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for attentive care, safe food handling, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of children's skills and abilities
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Communicating effectively with families and colleagues
  • Contributing to program planning and implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Relevant ECEC certificates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
