Assistant Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has the drive to build a high-quality learning environment.

As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and contribute to the development of innovative and engaging programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children 0-5 years
  • Providing guidance and support to educators to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided to children
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
