">As a Senior Manager, Risk, you will provide strategic risk advisory services across various domains, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact organizational objectives and compliance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Reviewing and challenging risk profiles, ensuring effective risk mitigation and control assurance activities.
- Supporting the implementation of the Risk Management Framework, assisting business units in executing their risk management duties.
- Contributing to risk reporting for senior leadership, enhancing the standard of reporting and providing insights into trends and interconnected risk data.
Requirements for this role include:
">- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
- Experience in risk advisory, preferably within the financial services industry or institutional investment organizations.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application within a financial context.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessments and control implementation, enabling effective oversight and assurance for risk management within Business Units.
