We are seeking an experienced Windows Endpoint Management professional to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve designing, building, and running secure, scalable, and compliant endpoint environments for a Federal Government client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain standard Windows endpoint images aligned to ISM / Essential Eight / ISO 27001 standards.
  • Packaging (MSIX/Win32), testing, and deploying via Intune (and/or Endpoint Configuration Manager/MECM).
  • Manage policies, compliance, Conditional Access, baselines, Autopilot, app, and update rings in Intune.
  • Provisioning, configuration, monthly patching, and Windows version upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Implement security controls such as BitLocker, Defender policies, hardening, and secure baselines mapped to public-sector standards.
  • Automate builds, config, and remediation using PowerShell (and related tooling).
  • Troubleshoot L3 escalation for endpoint, application, and deployment issues; clear runbooks/docs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Windows Endpoint Management/SOE engineering.
  • Proven SOE build, application packaging, and Intune (deploying builds) experience; MECM/SCCM a plus.
  • Strong PowerShell, GPO/baselines, Defender, BitLocker; public-sector compliance exposure (ISM/E8/ISO).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
