As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support across server, network, and end-user environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets via phone and CRM.
  • Deliver remote and onsite support across servers, workstations, and networks, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Provide technical guidance directly to clients and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Escalate complex issues and mentor junior technicians.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledgebase entries.
Requirements:
  • Strong support experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, Intune, and Exchange.
  • Solid experience with Windows Server roles (AD, DNS, Group Policy).
  • Hands-on with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage environments.
  • Proficient in core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, routing, firewalls, wireless).
  • Sound knowledge of IT security, endpoint protection, MFA, and threat management.
  • Exposure to VoIP/UC platforms and SAN technologies.
  • Prior experience in MSP or professional services environments.
