Job Title: Endpoint Security Solutions Architect

A critical role exists for an experienced Endpoint Security Solutions Architect to administer and maintain our physical and virtual workstations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the IT Support Service department to ensure seamless deployment and management of Windows and Mac laptops across the organization.

Key responsibilities include implementing security best practices and policies for workstations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and staying up-to-date with endpoint security trends and technologies.

  • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices and policies for workstations.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Deploy patches to operating systems and applications.
    • Implement and enforce security protocols and policies for endpoint devices to safeguard corporate data and infrastructure.
    • Stay up-to-date with endpoint security trends and technologies, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.
  • VDI Design and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their VDI needs and design customized solutions.
    • Implement and configure VMware Horizon View and related components to deploy VDI environments.
    • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of VDI systems.
  • Infrastructure Optimization:
    • Monitor VDI infrastructure for performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtualization and VDI environments.
    • Conduct capacity planning to meet current and future demand.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of workstation configurations and procedures.
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members.
