Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Talent Strategies: Align workforce practices with business objectives and consulting delivery requirements.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide trusted guidance to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
  • Culture & Engagement: Shape and foster the company culture, values, and employee experience aligned with business goals.
  • Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management frameworks that support growth, feedback, and accountability.
  • Employee Relations & Wellbeing: Offer guidance and negotiate employment offers, handle challenging conversations, and lead wellbeing initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR functions, provide employment references, and maintain HR systems.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: In scaling or mid-sized organizations, preferably software consultancy companies with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Data-driven, curious, and outcome-focused, with a clear link between people practices and business outcomes.
  • Cultural Change Management: Experienced in managing cultural change across diverse teams or sub-cultures.
