Our client is an a highly regarded Australian property developer that is renowned for their impressive portfolio. **The Role**

As the People & Culture Advisor you will provide first line HR advice as appropriate. You will be reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this newly created role is driven by exponential growth within the company. You will be given the opportunity to bring your knowledge and expertise to the role and be given further exposure to expanding your skillset through side by side mentorship and guidance to develop and implement key HR policies and initiatives.

This role will see you Coordinate People and Culture processes and liaising with key stakeholders of the business, working with principals to coordinate the new development programs. You will gain exposure to developing employee engagement initiatives, assist the Head of People & Culture in the implementation of key strategic HR projects and streamline HR processes.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;**
- Manage People and Culture employee information, such as monitoring flexible working requests, training attendance, annual performance review completion, probationary periods
- Accurate record keeping of personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Support with recruitment processes, assist with onboarding and offboarding, probations, any staff changes, and all associated documentation
- Provide reports to the Managing Principals as and when required, covering annual and personal leave, ratio's, headcount and staff costs
- Assist the Head of People & Culture in the regular reporting of key HR metrics to the Board of Directors and business units

You will have a high degree of emotional and social intelligence, have a forward thinking outlook, naturally be highly engaged in thought provoking work. You will be a confident P&C advisor that is ready to take on part of the portfolio and be exposed to a wealth of knowledge that will be passed on to you by a mentor (Head of P&C) that will want you to succeed, and in time will have the opportunity to step into the role.

To be successful you will have;
- Relevant degree qualification in HR or Business
- You will have 5+ years experience in People & Culture role and or experience in providing HR Generalist services/HR Operational support
- Ability to adopt a consultative approach in the delivery of HR services to managers and/or directors
- Excellent verbal and high degree of written communication skills
- Ability to implement and manage new systems/organisational change to ensure higher levels of efficiency & productivity
- Experience working within the property industry is a bonus
- Experience using a HRIS (knowledge of Elmo HR platform is highly desired)
