The Role
As the Director of People and Culture, you will manage the People and Culture team, providing support and guidance to the team and wider organisation. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to outline the P&C strategy, shaping policies and frameworks. You will have a strategic lens and a creative mind-set, and be passionate about implementing positive changes to an organisation.
Your key duties will include:
- Rolling out P&C frameworks and initiatives, including wellbeing support and employee engagement practices.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver a P&C roadmap in line with the organisation's strategy.
- Developing learning programs across the organisation.
- Outlining the recruitment strategy, working closely with hiring managers across the business.
- Providing advice and input to the Senior Leadership Team regarding P&C roadmaps and practices, acting as a trusted advisor for P&C matters.
- Overseeing workforce design.
- Leading and mentoring the P&C team.

Skills & Experience
- You will have worked in a management position within People & Culture.
- You will have played a key role or been involved in rolling out P&C strategy.
- You will a progressive mindset.
