Project Manager - Technical Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical specialist to join our project services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering multi-year renewal project plans and implementing technical specifications for design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects and tendered contracts through the full project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the establishment of quality management processes.
  • Develop and review procurement, tender and contract documentation.
  • Provide technical advice to management and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of existing local suppliers as well as seeking out new potential suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed people and relationship management skills.
  • Strong level of investigative, analytical, research, and technical report writing.
  • Well-developed project and risk management skills.
  • Degree in building, project management, construction, or other relevant field highly regarded or relevant industry experience.
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years.
