Technical Project Manager

You are a seasoned systems engineer with a passion for delivering complex projects and leading technical solutions.
This role blends hands-on engineering with project leadership and client engagement, offering the opportunity to shape infrastructure solutions and drive technology outcomes across a diverse client base.
About the Role- Take ownership of end-to-end IT projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and handover, while providing expert-level technical support.
- Work closely with clients to design and deliver tailored solutions, mentor junior technicians, and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
- Lead the delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects from initiation to completion.
- Scope, design, and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise environments.
- Manage project risks and client communications.
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and technical support across server, desktop, and cloud environments.
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 technologies, including identity, security, and collaboration tools.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales teams to scope technical requirements and identify opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of engagement.
- Relevant IT qualifications (Diploma or higher).
- 5+ years' experience in systems engineering, network operations, or IT project delivery.
- Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure upgrades, networking, and security solutions.
- Proven track record in scoping and delivering technical projects to deadline.
- High-level problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.
