Join our team as a Residential Care Worker and make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As part of our North Metro program, you will be working with vulnerable children and adolescents who require support and guidance to overcome their challenges.

As a Residential Care Worker, your role will be diverse and challenging, with no two days ever being the same. You will be responsible for providing emotional support and care to young people, helping them develop essential life skills and promoting their overall wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other similar qualifications. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of effective services
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements:
