We are seeking a skilled professional to produce accurate documentation and coordinate with consultants in the residential housing and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Documentation Delivery: Create precise and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design Support: Provide innovative suggestions to enhance design efficiency and facilitate better project outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD software, with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
- At least 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing construction documentation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
