Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trolley Collection Specialist to join our Proactive Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs using a designated vehicle.
  • Trolley collection specialists will also be required to push trolleys up a ramp onto the vehicle, collect trolleys left in and around stores, and return them to designated bays.
  • In addition, they will perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, adhere to safety and operational procedures, and follow all road rules.
  • Specialists may also be tasked with cleaning and waste disposal duties, as well as completing full training and assessment on operating our trolley collection vehicles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Apart from holding a valid Australian driver's license or international equivalent, candidates must possess physical fitness, an ambitious mindset, and a passion for retail.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and teamwork skills are essential qualities required for this role.
  • Candidates should be available to work flexible hours across Monday-Sunday, starting from 6am or 4pm.
