Trolley Collector Role Overview

Job Description:

Our organisation requires a reliable and diligent individual to collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs, ensuring they are safely stored in designated areas.

Key responsibilities include operating a vehicle to collect trolleys, pushing them up a ramp onto the collection vehicle, collecting stray trolleys around the store and returning them to designated bays, completing pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, adhering to safety processes and procedures, and following road rules with accurate reporting of any issues.

Additional duties involve carrying out cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • A valid Australian driver's license or international equivalent is essential.
  • Strong physical fitness is necessary for this physically demanding role.
  • Availability to work across Monday to Sunday, including shifts starting at 6am or 4pm, is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a strong work ethic, are highly valued.
