About the Role

At Woolworths, we have a proactive services team that ensures our stores are in pristine condition. This enables our customers to experience a clean and hygienic environment. As part of this team, you will work alongside colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering questions or providing directions.
  • Participate in full training on operating various equipment and tools that enhance job efficiency and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
