Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trolley Collector to join our team. As a key member of our Proactive Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and our customers have a great shopping experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • Complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence, Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates) or full International drivers Licence
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
