About the Senior Event Delivery Specialist Role

This role focuses on operational delivery and execution of events at client locations. It involves hands-on coordination, managing interactions with employees, executives, customers, partners and guests, and working closely with event supervisors and hospitality teams to ensure flawless real-time execution of experiences that align with client standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational excellence for guest experience during executive receptions
  • Partner with departments to plan events, employee gatherings and other occasions within client offices
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions
  • Multitask and manage multiple simultaneous live events efficiently
  • Ensure consistency with client brand and design standards in all customer-facing areas
  • Execute logistics for meetings, company-wide events and programs during the live event phase
  • Manage on-site event logistics to ensure adherence to health and safety policies
  • Utilize ticketing systems and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish
  • Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) on-site during live events
  • Assist with management requests as needed

Requirements: Experience in Hospitality, Events or corporate concierge, ability to maintain composure under pressure and solve problems effectively, flexibility to accommodate work hours, strong administrative skills and a welcoming nature.
