Role Overview

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless exam delivery and coordination with various stakeholders. Your expertise will be invaluable in setting up and managing exams, working closely with senior project managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather exam requirements from clients, taking into account their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and team members to plan and execute exam logistics, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Source and manage external partner venues and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitor and update event details in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Deliver exams efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in project coordination or events management, preferably with a focus on logistics and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
