Job Title: Costing and Financial Administrator
This role involves providing high-level administrative, financial, and procurement services to support business operations and service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking timely, effective, efficient, and responsive services to internal and external clients to meet operational objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking daily costing, revenue claims, and project management tasks.
- Monitoring the financial positions of projects and work orders to ensure accurate charge allocation.
- Preparing and checking employee timesheets for validity of allowances and entitlements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance roles working on civil infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software packages is essential.
- Experience in administration, project management, logistics, purchasing, or procurement is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in project teams are required.
- A flexible work attitude and positive team contribution are expected.
