**The Role**
We are seeking a Cost Administrator to join Our Rail Services Team based in Brisbane.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets, plant dockets, and reconciliation against suppliers/subcontractors' invoices
- Responsible for goods receipting of purchase orders and invoices.
- Responsible for raising purchase orders as per request from the project team
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.
- Assist project team with procurement and preparation / close-out of purchase orders.
- Other admin duties as required to support the project teams.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effectively multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Consistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments.
- Display initiative and have a proactive approach to delivering the role.
