Position Overview

We are seeking Casual Factory Process Workers to contribute effectively to our production operations in Kensington, Bundaberg. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth manufacturing and assembly of our premium products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Worker, you will engage in a variety of tasks that are crucial to our daily production goals, including:

  • Precision cutting and picking of materials;
  • Loading and unloading shipments;
  • Supporting the Service Team as necessary;
  • Conducting store-related activities;
  • Utilizing hand and power tools safely;
  • Rotating through different production lines while maintaining high standards of quality;
  • Following approved manual handling techniques, including managing heavy lifting;
  • Adhering to safety protocols and site regulations, including the use of mandatory PPE.

Work Schedule

This position typically operates from Monday to Friday, offering up to 38 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience or willingness to work with hand and power tools;
  • Reliability and punctuality, along with effective communication skills;
  • Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication is advantageous but not mandatory;
  • A positive attitude towards tasks and a commitment to safety.
