Company Overview: Bradnam's Windows and Doors is currently seeking Casual Factory Process Workers to enhance our production capabilities.

Role Overview:

This hands-on position will allow you to significantly impact the daily production goals by engaging in the manufacturing and assembly of Bradnam's products. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas, including Window, Door, or Robe lines, as well as in the Despatch section, all while being part of a supportive team. The nature of process work is diverse, offering numerous opportunities for cross-training and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and preparing metal components;
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles;
  • Providing assistance to the Service Team as needed;
  • Performing various store-related tasks;
  • Utilizing hand and power tools effectively;
  • Collaborating across different production lines while ensuring high-quality output;
  • Handling products in accordance with approved manual handling techniques, including some heavy lifting;
  • Upholding a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all site protocols regarding mandatory PPE and operational procedures.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Up to 38 hours per week

Qualifications and Skills:

We will equip you with all necessary tools and training to ensure your success in this role and to embody the Bradnam's Difference.

  • A willingness to learn about our products and processes, along with a keen attention to detail and quality workmanship;
  • Experience with hand and power tools is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is essential;
  • Reliability and punctuality, coupled with effective communication skills;
  • Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication is preferred but not mandatory;
  • A positive approach to tasks while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.

To excel in this role, you should possess a proactive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
