Company Overview: Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking dedicated Casual Factory Process Workers to contribute to our manufacturing operations.
Position Overview:
This hands-on position involves actively participating in the daily production activities of the facility by fabricating and assembling products. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Window, Door, or Robe lines, as well as the Despatch area, while enjoying a supportive team environment. The role offers diverse tasks and encourages cross-training and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting and preparing metal components;
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles;
- Supporting the Service Team as needed;
- Engaging in Store-related tasks;
- Utilizing hand and power tools effectively;
- Collaborating across different production lines while ensuring high-quality output;
- Handling products in accordance with established manual handling protocols, including some heavy lifting;
- Committing to safe work practices and adhering to all site safety regulations, including mandatory PPE requirements.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
We will equip you with the necessary tools and training to thrive in this role and embody the Bradnam's Difference.
- A strong willingness to learn about our products and processes, with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship;
- Experience with hand and power tools is advantageous, but training will be provided;
- Reliability and punctuality, along with effective communication skills;
- Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication is preferred but not mandatory;
- A positive approach to tasks while demonstrating a commitment to safety.
To excel in this role, you should possess a proactive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
