The Role

You'll contribute to transforming healthcare by assisting with third-party integrations and backend development.

This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or remotely.

To succeed, you'll have experience building SaaS products in a hyper-growth startup and a deep understanding of engineering challenges and design principles.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support and develop third-party integrations, implementing APIs and managing data flow.
  • Write clean, well-structured code using Python to ensure reliable integration solutions.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration functionality.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to document, optimize, and test integrations.
  • Contribute to API development and maintenance, improving performance and adhering to best practices.
  • Use GitHub for source control, participating in code reviews and maintaining version control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or integration work.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with data storage solutions and GitHub for source control.
  • Interest in integrating third-party systems and solving complex data integration challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team.
