Integrated Health Specialist

We seek a driven professional to enhance integrated holistic healthcare, promoting improved outcomes for individuals and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions in accordance with the Medicare Better Access model within a therapeutic context.
  • Manage clinical risk collaboratively, conducting risk assessments and developing wellbeing plans to support young people.
  • Provide evidence-based assessment to inform individual care plans.
  • Report on individual progress during case discussions/team meetings and formally using relevant data systems.
Requirements:
  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Membership of an appropriate professional body (including AHPRA, AASW) as a registered Psychologist, accredited Social Worker, or Mental Health Nurse; eligibility to register with Medicare Australia as an MBS Primary Care provider or an Allied Mental Health Professional provider.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, provide counselling, produce reports, and assist young people to access necessary services.
