About Our Senior AI Engineer Role

This is a high-impact position where you will leverage your technical expertise to design and deliver innovative, AI-enabled software solutions.

You will blend strong backend engineering skills with practical AI/LLM knowledge to architect and implement high-throughput APIs that integrate with and leverage AI services.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can drive architectural direction for integration patterns that incorporate AI components and technology choices for new solutions around Gen AI usage, vector databases, and AI frameworks.

  • Design and develop high-performance, secure system designs that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical requirements and best approaches for AI-enabled product features.
  • Leverage Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring WebFlux to build production-grade solutions that can scale with AI usage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive observability and reliability practices, ensuring resilience and smooth user experiences.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, especially around LLM usage, integration patterns, and AI code assistants.
  • Partner with Product Owners to shape technical requirements and best approaches for AI-enabled product features.
Technical Requirements
  • 8+ years of commercial software development experience, focusing on integration/APIs.
  • Expert knowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem.
  • Mastery of API security, including OAuth2, JWT, and API key management.
  • Strong command of AWS, Azure or GCP cloud services.
  • Daily usage of AI coding assistants to speed up development workflows.
