The Role

Join us to contribute to the development and integration of advanced AI solutions, working closely with our engineering and product teams.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and developing third-party integrations and backend development to drive healthcare initiatives forward.

This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and develop seamless third-party integrations, implementing APIs and managing data flow across systems.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code using Python to ensure reliable integration solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to guarantee seamless integration functionality.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to document, optimize, and test integrations.
  • Contribute to API development and maintenance, improving performance and adhering to best practices.
  • Use GitHub for source control, participating in code reviews and maintaining version control.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or integration work.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with data storage solutions, such as MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with GitHub for source control, version management, and collaboration.
  • Interest in integrating third-party systems and solving complex data integration challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute actively within a collaborative team.
