Artificial Intelligence Integration Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the organization's AI adoption journey, delivering cutting-edge IT support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding staff in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance their daily work processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT support, training, or helpdesk roles, with a proven track record in AI tool management and troubleshooting Windows/macOS and Office 365 issues. They should also possess strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies.

Beyond technical expertise, this position demands excellent interpersonal skills, allowing the individual to effectively train staff, create guides, and share best practices. This includes providing first-line support for AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, maintaining meeting room technology, and ensuring seamless hybrid meetings.

In addition to these responsibilities, the incumbent will contribute to process improvements by tracking service metrics and collaborating with the team to optimize workflows.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to take on new challenges and drive organizational success through AI integration.

About You:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in IT support, training, or helpdesk roles
  • Proven experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Skilled in troubleshooting Windows/macOS and Office 365
  • Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online
  • Experience using ticketing systems for incident/request management
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Eager to learn and adopt emerging technologies
