Business Development Analyst

The Commercial Analyst plays a pivotal role in informing key commercial decisions with data-driven insights. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Direct to Consumer team to drive business growth through strategic planning, commercial analysis, and effective stakeholder management.
Reporting to the Strategy & Commercial Manager – Direct to Consumer, you will provide crucial support to drive growth and operating efficiencies while ensuring that all decisions are informed by sound commercial judgment.
- Deliver actionable commercial analysis to inform strategic decision making and drive business outcomes
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company objectives and deliver results
- Lead post-implementation reviews of key commercial initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure alignment between annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and actual performance metrics
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
This role requires advanced analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in similar organizations or industries. The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
