Job Title: Product Development Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to join our product development team. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather and analyze business requirements for new product features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for new product features and enhancements
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that inform product development decisions
  • Collaborating with technology teams to communicate requirements and iterate designs
  • Supporting testing and validation of new product features to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years work experience preferably within financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly document requirements and analysis to support findings with facts and data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data analytics skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and software development lifecycles
