Role: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Telecom
Location: Sydney
Responsibilities- Develop requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to achieve outcomes based on the provided agenda
- Utilize a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
- Work with Atlassian tools including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira
- Understand the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
- Develop business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
- Work in a matrix organization structure
- Engage in Business Process Re-engineering
- Produce clear and concise written material and complex documents
- Experience in a Telecommunications environment is highly desirable
- Experience in Agile methods and tools
- Certified Project Manager or demonstrated experience in Project Management
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a business-related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience
- Experience in developing data quality uplift, data ownership, stewardship, and business metadata
- Good understanding of data quality and data protection practices, and appreciation of all aspects of compliance and operational risk
