Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Telecom

Role: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Telecom

Location: Sydney

Responsibilities
  • Develop requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to achieve outcomes based on the provided agenda
  • Utilize a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
  • Work with Atlassian tools including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira
  • Understand the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
  • Develop business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
  • Work in a matrix organization structure
  • Engage in Business Process Re-engineering
  • Produce clear and concise written material and complex documents
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Telecommunications environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in Agile methods and tools
  • Certified Project Manager or demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a business-related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience
  • Experience in developing data quality uplift, data ownership, stewardship, and business metadata
  • Good understanding of data quality and data protection practices, and appreciation of all aspects of compliance and operational risk
