Family Support Professional

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the AOD cluster.
- This role involves delivering evidence-based interventions and harm reduction support to families.
- You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Department of Health and Human Services, community agencies, and local government.
This is a hybrid position, requiring two days of remote work and one day in the office.
The successful candidate will have experience working in the Drug & Alcohol sector, with a strong understanding of Harm Minimisation principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of brief interventions and ongoing support to families.
- Development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders.
- Data collection and reporting in line with organisational quality frameworks.
- Relevant qualifications in AOD/Mental health or similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in providing single-session interventions and ongoing support.
- Understanding of and commitment to Harm Minimisation principles.
