Reliable Folder Operator Wanted for Melbourne-Based Packaging Firm 

We are seeking a skilled Folder Operator to join our Gluing department in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in quality and safety procedures, straight line, four corner and crash lock carton set-up and production.

The ideal candidate will have good decision-making skills, including problem solving and initiative. A trade qualification in this area is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a dynamic and supportive working environment with ongoing career development opportunities. The successful applicant will be provided with training to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties.

In addition to the above, we offer:

  • A permanent morning or afternoon shift, Monday to Friday
  • An opportunity to work unsupervised

The person we are looking for should have:

  • Experience operating Bobst and Jargenberg gluing machines
  • Skill in setting up and producing straight line, four corner and crash lock cartons
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
