Box Folder Gluer Machine Operator — Full-Time | Frankston, TX

What You'll Do

- Set up and operate folder gluer machines (Bobst, Jagenberg, Omega, or similar)

- Run straight-line, auto-lock bottom, 4/6 corner, and specialty fold jobs

- Adjust glue systems (cold glue, hot melt) for consistent, high-quality application

- Monitor production runs, perform in-process inspections, and ensure product quality

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance

- Follow job specifications and meet daily production targets

- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams

- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer equipment in a packaging or converting environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs

- Familiarity with substrates like paperboard and corrugate

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a production environment

- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

- Dependable with a positive attitude and flexibility for overtime as needed
