
Sales Enablement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Go to Market Strategy & Operations team in the capacity of Enablement Lead.
In this role, you will work closely with sales managers, channel, HR, sales operations, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to drive a consistent global journey for APAC & Japan Sales organization, Customer Success, and Partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing role-based enablement activities, guiding new hires in developing skills, and collaborating with fellow Sales Learning & Program Leads in other GEOs.
This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, Australia. We are looking for an individual with 3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales training, preferably at a SaaS company, including skills in one or more sales methodologies like Value Selling.
The successful candidate will have experience managing projects or programs where they led an extended team to design and execute solutions to complex problems.
You will be responsible for developing and executing program plans, including project schedules and resources allocation. A strong interpersonal and leadership skillset, excellent communications and presentation skills, and the ability to travel occasionally are essential for this role.
