Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enablement Professional to spearhead sales enablement initiatives across APAC & Japan.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills to engage with customers effectively and efficiently, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive enablement activities globally
  • Partner with stakeholders on design, development, and execution of role-based enablement activities
  • Guide sales and customer success new hires to develop skills and knowledge of processes, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Learning & Program Leads to ensure global alignment and continuous improvement
  • Promote innovative approaches to accelerate enablement, enhance engagement, and optimize sales performance goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or sales training, preferably at a software company
  • Proven track record of managing projects, leading extended teams, and developing enablement activities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and collaborate with remote teams
