About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enablement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and support the development of teams.

You will be responsible for equipping new hires with the knowledge and skills they need to engage with customers effectively and efficiently. This will involve leveraging resources from an extended virtual team to design and execute enablement activities that drive sales performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and talent development, with experience in sales and/or sales training. You should also have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone who is resourceful, able to work cross-functionally, and has a proven track record of managing projects or programs where they led an extended team to design and execute solutions to complex problems.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of onboarding paths for sales, customer success teams, and partners. You will also work collaboratively with fellow Sales Learning & Program Leads in other GEOs to work on global alignment and continuous improvement of our program.
