
Enablement and Onboarding Specialist

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing enablement programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage effectively with customers. The Enablement Lead will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales managers, channel partners, and customer success teams, to create a seamless customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver enablement content, including training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement enablement activities that meet business objectives.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of enablement activities and metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as marketing, sales, or education.
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful enablement programs.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with sales teams in a SaaS environment.
Knowledge of Salesforce and other productivity tools.
Background in project/program management.
