**About the role**

This is an exciting role for a Data Analyst to join EstimateOne, which will see you leverage EstimateOne's unique data assets and drive value for customers and stakeholders through analytical perspectives. This role will serve as the primary analytical resource for Customer and Commercial Initiatives.

This Data Analyst role will support the team's delivery by:

- Being the trusted analytical partner to the customer and commercial teams
- Uncovering valuable insights and developing recommendations that can inform and guide commercialisation decisions
- Driving data-informed revenue growth
- Supporting analytical needs of growth Initiatives by defining metrics, building dashboards and understanding customer behaviour through quantitative analysis
- Developing monthly reporting for leaders across the business
- Managing customer data tables and data documentation

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive revenue growth opportunities. You will serve as the key analytical resource, contributing to the success and growth of EstimateOne as the industry standard platform for construction procurement.

**About You**
- You have a natural curiosity for the world that guides how you approach problems and develop solutions
- You have exceptional attention to detail (you pride yourself on this)
- You’re a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- You have expertise in visualization and using data insights to make recommendations and achieve goals
- You have 2+ years of quantitative experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or Management Consulting
- You have 2+ years of SQL experience and 2+ years of development experience with data visualization tools (we use Mode) You have a proven track record working with senior management team (General Managers, Department leaders) and cross-functional partners (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing etc).You get bonus points for experience with Python, DBT, Mode, Tableau, Salesforce, Hubspot

**What else?**
- We are flexible about hours. You don't have to work full-time, although we'd love it if you did - part-time is an option for all of our roles.
- You'll need to be a great communicator and a fluent English speaker.
- You'll need to be legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Formal training/education is nice, but not a hard requirement (after all, our founder dropped out of university after six weeks...)
