We are currently seeking a dedicated Analyst Programmer to join our team at FrogCo Pty Ltd. This key role will contribute to enhancing customer experience, refining our products, and supporting our expansion both locally and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leverage data analytics and customer insights to support informed decision-making and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement metrics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of customer experience strategies.
- Support in the training of a network of customer support personnel to ensure high-quality user insights are captured and plans implemented.
- Identify limitations and inefficiencies in current systems, processes, and procedures, and propose improvements.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and operational guidelines to support efficient deployments and enhance understanding of solutions using tools such as project management and documentation platforms.
- Provide expert advice in formulating proposals, strategies, and recommendations related to software design, including cost assessments and suggestions for software procurement and upgrades.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring expectations are met and service levels are maintained.
- Design, develop, implement, or support IT solutions to meet client needs.

**The successful applicant will have**
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a major in computing.
- A Master’s degree in information systems with a major in computing preferred.
- 3 years related work experience as an Analyst Programmer.
- Strong knowledge of cricket and a passion for the game; current or former players would have an added advantage.
- Strong internal customer service ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strictly follow Occupational Health & Safety Guidelines; Strong work safety ethics are important
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and train other staff.

**Salary Offered**

The salary is in the range of $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 + statutory superannuation, varying with related experience.
